About Us

At Little Lab Learners, we believe the universe is a playground for curious young minds. Founded by Diondre Mompoint, our mission is to spark wonder and build confidence in STEM for children in grades K–5.

Diondre Mompoint grew up in Miami, Florida, and from an early age was fascinated by engineering, biology and the natural world. He completed a B.S. in Biological Sciences at Florida Atlantic University and pursued graduate work in biological sciences, with a deep interest in science communication and education.

His journey—from exploring the mysteries of life at the molecular level to sharing science with broad audiences—shapes everything we do at Little Lab Learners.

Our resources are crafted to bring science out of the lab and into the world of young children. We offer a rich collection of flashcards, lesson plans, books, and hands-on materials, all designed to align with the way children learn best: by doing, observing and asking questions. Whether in the classroom or at home, a Little Lab Learners activity becomes an invitation to explore, experiment and imagine.

We know that foundational scientific skills — like observing patterns, comparing objects, forming hypotheses and communicating ideas — are powerful steppingstones for future learning. With our tools, children don’t just memorize facts — they engage with science through songs, interactive games, experiments, and rich story-based contexts that tie into literacy and the wider world.

Little Lab Learners is built by educators and scientists who love working with young learners. Together with Diondre’s vision of accessible, inquiry-based science, we aim to equip teachers, parents, and children with everything they need to turn everyday moments into discovery.

Join us at Little Lab Learners and let’s light the spark of exploration — one question, one experiment, one joyful “aha!” moment at a time.
